Bringing together my experience, knowledge and qualifications gathered over 30 years, I offer personal training to clients across varied age groups. My experience overseas as a gold standard trainer, specialist qualifications by world recognized institutions as well as being in the Navy together with a background in Martial Arts has given me the capability to cater my training programmes to individual client requirements..

I consider client health needs during my personal training sessions. My health & fitness know-how together with the years spent as a trainer allows me to understand human body function and thereby blend the training method accordingly.

I believe that one needs to consider the mindset, nutrition, movement and recovery to achieve one's goals. Therefore, to earn maximum results in minimum time, my personal training method is based on learnings from scientific research.
