I consider client health needs during my personal training sessions. My health & fitness know-how together with the years spent as a trainer allows me to understand human body function and thereby blend the training method accordingly.
I believe that one needs to consider the mindset, nutrition, movement and recovery to achieve one's goals. Therefore, to earn maximum results in minimum time, my personal training method is based on learnings from scientific research.
